Dave and Jesse came to my mobile home to thaw a frozen drain that had caused a black water backup and had potential to be a very messy job. They were both courteous and professional even though they were busy and were working late into the night. More importantly, they listened to my concerns and did a thorough job investigating the cause and rectifying it. The gentleman plumbers has a straight forward pricing guide so you pay for the job done and not how long it took to do it. This was a relief as they were at my place for over 3 hours working on the issue. They did a free inspection of the rest of my home while they were at it.

Our experience was very good the technician was very thorough and fair. Action Auger is a great price for the prompt service. Everyone from dispatch to the tech were awesome. They worked for 5 hours on our frozen pipes and it didn't cost me my first born child. I will definitely call them in future troubles. Thanks Guys!!!!

Last night our furnace started making a horrible noise as sounded like a truck! Of course, as it turns very cold! This morning, Clifton showed up. Very professional, and got our furnace back on track. Very nice man and give me some great advice about the furnace and other service the company supplies. A friend/ coworker mentioned their wonderful experience with company and I remembered this. Word of mouth. I will definitely be doing the same to recommend this company to others.

Required a repair to hot water system in the early evening. Dispatch informed me that a technician would be able to make a call within an hour or so. Steven arrived at 9:00 p.m. and worked at the repair until after 1 a.m. He was very professional, thorough and personable. The pricing scheme for the repair was a little high however the promptness and quality of the work were beyond reproach.

I called in because my toilet sprung a leak and flooded my bathroom, and they were able to get the technicians out to me within an hour. Adam and Shane were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They explained the problems they found, provided me with my options without being pushy about selling me service, and were able to address other issues I had been having (and procrastinating about fixing) while on site. Grateful for their help and highly recommend!

Amazing! I cannot recommend this company enough. They were on time, friendly, professional, and very accomodating. Brian was the plumber who was sent to my house. He was thorough, explained everything to me, did a complete inspection and found a couple of quick fixes that we could do and left a report for us when he was done. The work was done well beyond my satisfaction. The house was clean, if not cleaner, when he left. There was no hassle and payment was simple. If you are looking for an amazing company who will do the job on time, on budget and right the first time, look no further. Give them a call. Ryan and Chris from The Gentleman Plumbers just left my home after completing a valve replacement. I'm very impressed from my first contact with Serita when I booked the appointment to the professional look, behavior and skills of Ryan and Chris. They took the time to show me a complete breakdown of costs (based on a glossy price sheet) before starting work and then did a free inspection of the system, complete with great advice. Well done! I'll be calling you again this summer to replace my frost free taps outside.

While rushing to get kids out the door this morning, one of them noticed that the ceiling was dripping...right under our ensuite toilet. We called for service and were given an appointment 2 hours from the time I called in. They called to let me know that they could arrive about 20 minutes early..what a relief!! Upon checking out the issue, they let me know that the toilet seal/flange needed to be repaired...I asked them to do the same for the other bathroom on that floor too as they were installed at relatively the same time. The gentlemen cheerfully pulled out two toilets, installed a brand new toilet on one (the one that was causing the leak) as well as replacing the flange and seal on the other one and installing brand new cut off valve for each. By lunchtime, my problem was fixed as well as my other concerns addressed without any muss or fuss. They always ask on the phone "how can we make you smile?", well, I'm smiling!!!

Dishwasher would not clean too each items very well. Adam and his partner took the time to check all possible options and discovered the kitchen drain was partly plugged and cleared the obstruction curing the dishwasher issue.

I called in and got great customer service at first glance I thought I was going to pay a lot having no idea what was happening with my house Wayne showed up and didn’t waste any time getting to work gave me three options and explained all the steps and helped pick the best choice he spent at least two hours checking everything just to be sure by the time he left I felt a lot better and best of all fixed the problem and didn’t over-charge. A dripping faucet outside looked like bad news for the upcoming winter freeze and then the valve shut off for the dishwasher also developed a slow leak. Adam and Shayne from The Gentleman Plumbers arrived when expected and were knowledgeable as well as approachable. Dave came out to fix a slow draining sink. He explained all my options & the cost it would involved. He troubleshoot the problem & tried the most economical fix first. And it worked! He didn't push the most expensive method to fix the issue & I wouldn't have realized the more expensive option would have been overkill to fix the problem. Dave was very honest & provided advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. Great service!!

I recently had to call The Gentlemen Plumbers to replace my bath tub spout. I had one of their plumbers (man named Adam) come to my home and walk me through the process. I found the person to be very personal and knowledgeable. The process was flawless. There was also a complimentary plumbing inspect that I took advantage of. Upon inspection, he found that my lower bath sink was cracked, and water was leaking from the basin, under the sink. What a find. I would recommend Gentlemen Plumbers for your plumbing needs. I will definitely call on them again.

Have had several plumbers come over to assess my water heater problem. I booked for Friday 1-5pm, they called at 2:30pm on Friday saying they are too busy and need to re-book. I had to push to get it the following day. The plumber himself was knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done right for a reasonable price.
