BBBThis is my second time using Gentlemen Plumbers. Chris was very courteous, helpful and completed the task at hand (fixing leaky bath tap). in a timely fashion and also went over and above to replace the water spouts on other taps that had a build up of calcium due to the hard city water. He explained the work and showed me the fittings that caused the problem. I never felt like he was rushing, he took his time to answer any questions I had. He also gave me a very good tip about hot water tanks and new regulations that come into effect in 2019. I would hire this company again and certainly recommend them.

GoogleI had a plumbing problem with the sewage backing up from the toilet into the shower. Dave and Jesse came out and they were very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I was skeptical initially because a couple years ago I had another plumbing company out for the same problem and I felt that they had ripped me off by charging an exorbitant amount based on the job not on a per-hour basis and the job only took less than 2 hours. Gentlemen Plumbers charges the same way but they explained how it all worked and what the charges were for and they always tell you what the costs are before they begin the work. It was a very educational experience for me. The way they dealt with me and help me to understand is greatly appreciated. I still feel that plumbers charge a lot but at least I understand it better now and I realize that the company is trying to find a middle ground for everyone... all in all, I was very happy with the service, with the knowledge, and these two guys, Dave and Jesse, went above what their normal duties were by helping me with something I was trying to move. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

FacebookAfter coming home from 2 weeks at work I had a slow draining toilet and thought the worst-the drain pipes are frozen. Shayne and John were dispatched to my place and after a brief discussion, auguring the drain was the option....after a few minutes of auguring, the tech found what was causing the issue-my son had flushed his electric toothbrush a few weeks prior. Good job guys!

GoogleI discovered a leak which required the city to turn off my water supply. I then needed to talk to somebody, outside normal working hours, to arrange a plumber to visit the next day, so it is good that Gentlemen Plumbers are available 24/7. Richard arrived the following morning and explained how the problem had occurred and what was needed to fix the leak. Unfortunately, one of the parts required wasn't available in Alberta, so Richard ordered the part from Ontario, which was delivered a couple of days later. Richard returned with the parts and promptly fixed the leak. Richard was friendly and professional throughout and even asked me to call him once the city had switched the water back on, just to let him know that all was OK. I'd recommend Gentlemen Plumbers, and Richard to anybody requiring professional plumbing work.

GoogleI live in a mobile home and with the latest cold weather my sewer line from one of the toilets froze. Called Gentlemen Plumbers to send a technician out to check out the problem. He explained to us that the mobile has settled over the years and put our pipes out of line and there were some spots that were holding some water and after time built up and finally froze. The tech was very friendly and explained everything so we could understand what needed to be done.
BBBWe have used Action Auger / Gentlemen Plumbers twice in the last month. Steven was our plumber and he was on time, extremely polite and very professional. He gave us options on the first call, completed the work quickly and left everything very clean. We found the complimentary plumbing inspection to be thorough with some sound recommendations. On the second trip Steven again made excellent recommendations, explained things very clearly and got to work quickly on implementing our decisions. He even went the extra mile by going to their plumbing distributor to get a toilet to meet our specifications. Again, the work was performed quickly and everything was neat and tidy when he was done - including taking the old toilet and hoses for disposal. Gentlemen Plumbers is definitely our "go-to" service provider for all our plumbing needs!
