I like that I was was given an estimate for the work before it was started so there were no surprises. The work was completed without issues. We have used them before and will use them again. My only comment/criticism would be that we were not called (we had to leave before they were finished) to ask if we wanted them to fix a couple of other issues they found while doing their inspection.

FacebookAs usual, very prompt and efficient service. The problem with my leaking dishwasher turned out to be inside the appliance so they could not repair it, but I was warned of that in advance. While Steven was here though, he double checked my furnace for the repairs i had done by a few months ago and even gave me some helpful tips about my outside garden hose ( Never leave it hooked up over the winter! A small leak can freeze, back up and burst your pipe inside the house ). I would highly recommend Action Auger.

BBBWe had a kitchen and bathroom faucet replaced. The plumber was very professional. He was there on time did a great job on the faucets and completed an inspection of the our furnace, hot water tank and the floor drain included in the install price. I would definitely recommend this company.

Once they found what the problem was, they again made sure it was explained and also explained what they would be doing to fix it. The inspection after was very thorough and I will be doing most of the items that were recommended. I've had this company before and was very happy with their work then and now. This is the only company I'll be using for my plumbing and heating needs from now on.

They were efficient, fixed my clogged drain problem and gave advice on how to prevent a re-occurrence. Also did a full home inspection to make sure no other problems hiding that I may not know about. I really appreciated the pro-active approach. Plus they left my home clean when they were done. I will definitely give them all my future business.

Our technician, who was on time, did a great job in explaining recommendations & what the repair would entail along with the cost. The work was performed with high quality & excellent clean up. Very pleased with service. Also, when booking appointment, agent was excellent & very courteous. Very pleased overall from booking to the finished job! One day after the original repair, found a leak & had to request a return visit. This occurred & work completed under their warranty & to our complete satisfaction. Only criticism was the wait time for the return visit which was beyond the commitment from the Diamond Club program. There was probably a reason but when the commitment can't be met, a phone call would have been appreciated instead of me phoning to inquire the whereabouts of the tech, especially since I had cancelled other appointments to wait for this recall visit.

BBBI called the Gentleman Plumbers on Tuesday, Feb. 6th at about 5pm when I discovered that my hot water tank was leaking over my basement floor. They were here within the half hour and assured me they could look after it. By 8:30pm I had a new hot water tank and everything was cleaned up.
