The "Gentleman" part is certainly true — considerate and tidy. The ongoing relationship and regular inspections make a big difference. In emergencies, they have always responded promptly. We have had them taking care of your house for about 10 years and never considered asking anyone else.

We had Jesse come out to do our annual inspection which included sending a camera down our main line to inspect it (we're Diamond Club members - so the annual inspection alone is well worth the $9.95 per month cost). Jesse was on time, friendly, extremely professional, thorough, and took his time explaining the results of the inspection. He also replaced a toilet and did a fantastic job with the installation and clean up. He told us the cost of replacing the toilet upfront so there were no surprises. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. We have only had excellent experiences with Gentlemen Plumbers!

Technicians Nick S. and Walter A. were two well-dressed gentlemen (I like their neckties!) when they came to the door. They explained in detail what they were going to do to resolve my problem and provided an estimated repair cost. They took the time to explain any questions I had for them and completed the work in a timely manner. They kept the work area clean. Both men were thorough and professional in their work. I would recommend them for any future issues.

Wayne came and had a positive attitude. He was quick and efficient finding the clog in our kitchen sink. He provided excellent information on how to prevent clogging and how to properly flush the sink when using the garburator. He cleaned any excess mess and he was honest and up front with all the prices. We were very satisfied with his service.

Excellent work done by Ryan Park and his partner Brian for helping later in the day (Brian ) for installing the new drain and pipe in sink in kitchen then later drain pipe and help with install with bathroom sink. Ryan Park excellent communication skills asking how and why things go together installs go customer satisfaction excellent and how new taps and valves work Ryan park gets a 10-10 highly recommended worker knows his stuff

We had excellent service from Gentlemen Plumbers and Steve was very friendly and very helpful. He gave us the price ahead of time and we agreed to it. He then proceed in doing the work in a very efficient way. Work area was nicely cleaned up after work was completed and a final test was completed to ensure installation was done correctly.

I had problem with my hot water tank and I contacted Gentleman guys. One guy came late evening and checked around, suggested to get the new one as the current one was more than 16 years old and provided quote. The next afternoon, he got the new heater installed. Very pleased and satisfied with these guys: work, response and suggestions. You guys will be my first choice for anything in the future.

The recommendations made, as result of this Diamond club home inspection were valid and we were provided with solutions and options to consider at reasonable cost.

I found the work to be very professional and I am happy with the result. However, I was surprised by the price - I did think it was very expensive. I may be out of the loop when it comes to prices on this sort of thing, but I have a more knowledgeable friend who thought it was pretty pricey too. I can recommend this company for their work, but not their price. No one could give me a price before I booked, but I did get told the price before the work was started. Having said that, I am happy with the result.
