We replaced our kitchen sink a couple of years ago and the drain didn't quite line up. I attached it myself, but I guess there was too much strain on the pipes, and one of the drain pipes cracked. Steve replaced the entire drain pipe system under the sink. He was pleasant and thorough. I may have paid slightly more than other companies, but I ended up being very impressed with the service, and believe I got value for my money. After fixing the initial problem, he did a whole house inspection and gave me suggestions on improvements or maintenance. He even helped me figure out a "do it yourself" plumbing issue. It was a very good experience and I am very happy with the result.

Ryan was awesome! He spent 4 hours on the job scouring the tree roots out of the pipes. He gave a good explanation of the issue and solutions. He was great to work with and I recommend this company!

After 2 water tanks, 1 water softener, and now 1 high efficiency furnace later, we highly recommend the Gentleman Plumbers. Work was completely as scheduled and work areas were returned cleaned back to their original state. Both crews stayed until work was completed and everything was functional. Definitely not a 9-5 company. We will definitely use them again for our future plumbing & heating needs. Thanks again to Nathan (Red Deer) & the 2 Ryans (Edmonton).

We had a slow leak under our sink that went unnoticed until it causes damage to our kitchen floor. The plumber arrived within a couple hours of my calling, and the price for dispatch was provided over the phone when I spoke to the receptionist. He assessed the problem, conveniently had a replacement part in his van, fixed it for a reasonable price and then checked over my hot water heater, shut off valve etc as part of his routine check. While we still have to deal with insurance now, getting the leak fixed was a pretty pleasant experience.

I was very happy with the service from gentlemen plumbers. The technician that came to my house was polite, informative, and competent. I docked 1 star cause he arrived after my scheduled time between 10-2 but I was notified prior that he was running behind and would be late. I very much appreciated that heads up cause many times you don’t get that.

Came home to discover home was getting cold and the furnace did not appear to be working. Called and a repair person arrived in under 30 minutes. The repair person was friendly and efficient and the repair made promptly.

Thank you soo much for the great service. Right from the call center to dispatching a technician expediately. The gal at the call center was very understanding of my situation. I was dealing with another plumber/company who had come to my home September 23 to repair a shower issue but left the shower not operating properly, after chasing the other company around and listening to excuses for weeks to return and fix the shower properly they finally said they would not come out and to find someone else. This after I tearfully poured my heart out to him Nov 17 with regards to my terminally ill husband being discharged home from the hospital and that home care will be coming to do a safety inspection and would probably appreciate a proper working tub/shower so that they can assist me with his care. Horrible experience with them. Your call center gal had me booked in for the next morning. Technician Adam was professional and knowledgeable. Very pleasant fellow to deal with. Kale, Allan and Ben came out to fix a broken sewer line and install a new water line for us. It was a big job where they had bring in an excavator. They were professional and took the time to explain the process to us. It took 2 days in -15c weather to complete the job. They stayed late both days and worked hard to ensure we wouldn't have to go more than 2 days without water and plumbing. They even let my 8 year son who was fascinated ask them a 'million' questions and 'apprentice'. Thanks for a job well done, guys!

Gentleman Plumbers were able to send someone out the day after we phoned. Steven is the technician they sent and I have only good things to say about him. He is the ultimate "gentleman plumber": his respect for our home was immediately visible as he brought in carpets to cover the area where he was working. He explained what needed to be done so it was easily understood and the work he did was excellent. Steven is very personable and I liked his attention to detail. He went over and above what I expected of a plumber and I would recommend him highly!

My boyfriend and I recently had Brian come out and do an estimate for a bathroom replacement. was fast and efficient and straight forward. We called back shortly after to book an appointment to have the work done. A week later we had the work done, sink,toilet and hot water tank replacement. The work was done in a timely matter all in one day.Overall great customer service . I recommend this company to everyone.

We were without heat for 3 days and were unable to find anyone who could come out, I called after remembering Gentleman Plumbers put in our water heater. They were able to book us in for the next day. Adam was able to come earlier than our appointment was booked for and he was able to confirm what ATCO had already told us and replace the faulty parts. Adam was very professional and friendly, he represented his Company in the best possible way. He was very tidy and diligent in his duties.

A plumber was due to come between 5 and 7 today. I was expecting it to be on the later side. Imagine my surprise when Steve showed up a couple minutes before 5! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough in explaining what he was doing from the get go. His professionalism went above and beyond. We had Steve from Gentlemen Plumbers at our residence for a furnace and plumbing inspection yesterday. He was very thorough going through the checklist of work objectives and communicating verbally to us his recommendations. He also put the recommendations on a hard copy by email as per my request. I really like their professionalism when they are in my home for service calls.

The service tech was on time, friendly, and knew what he was doing. No extra charge for Saturday service. Most other places charge extra for coming on Saturday. Price was reasonable as well. Would definitely have them back again!

The men were very polite and courteous! They even brought their own rug! And remove footwear then Steven fixed the shower problem then changed the hot water tank! And they even gave us a seniors discount! And best of all they took all the old stuff away!! We're all so happy about the wonderful experience. I would use them again most definitely

John, from Gentlemen plumbers came to the house quickly. He was excellent at explaining all of our options, and made sure I understood. I live in a remote location, so I did not mind the charge. This is the second time I have used them, and I would definitely use them again if needed. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I was very pleased with my service they put me on priority and in less than 12 hours they were testing my problem furnace. Same day Wayne went and got parts and started replacing parts. Unfortunately after 5 hours trying. Everything the furnace was dead. He was on the phone to his company to replace my furnace. He went out of his way to provide small heaters to as many rooms we needed . I had enough to keep my home from freezing . They are reliable curious professional Wayne made sure my furnace would be installed in two days. He explained all cost how it would be done plus a home inspection fixed a leak under my sink in minutes . He was here on time with. Kale and the two started covering my floors went under the house on the roof in the cold without a break. I. had anew furnace less then 5 hours I have a new furnace they even vacuumed !!! I am totally pleased and would recommend you call them first for all pluming needs. I had called Mr Furnace who kept setting up dates and times to be here 3 days they came told me I would here from them in 2 or 3 days about parts they called and said another few days for parts buy. In the mean time Action Auger Calgary had done it all and job finished! Thanks Wayne and Kale!

Furnace not turning on. Called The Gentlemen Plumbers and they give me a time that they would be available. It was suppose to be 1 to 5 on Nov 3 - in the morning I called them back to see if they could come early and they sent Wayne. He had the heat on and and the furnace running in no time. He explained everything that he was doing and give me a price before he did the work. Very happy with the service I would recommend this company to anyone that need repair.

Great service!! Nick explained all the options for an older toilet that was leaking at the base. He cleaned up after the installation of the new toilet. Nick was very friendly and professional .
