Shaun and Chelsea were a huge help every step of the way and I always knew they were a quick call away and I could get all my questions answered. In mid March despite everything going on in the world I was able to close on a house using my VA loan.

When we sold our home he exceeded every expectation I had and during the buying phase, it was genuinely as if he knew what I was looking for in a home before I did! In fact, on many occasions I heard other realtors sing praise on his real estate knowledge and how he was managing our needs as his clients. My interactions with the Castillo Group have all been very positive and I must say if the other realtors are half as capable as Tyler, you’re in good hands.

GoogleI just have to say I have worked with many real estate agents in the past and Sonya Garza is by far one of the nicest and best one I have personally ever worked with. Also Chelsea is a great person and what ever she is getting paid to do the job she does is far less then her worth she is a diamond, they both are a great team and any real estate company would be honored to have the both of them on their team. I appreciate all the hard work they both did and wish them all the luck in the wqrld in everyting they do from here on.

It was nerve wracking because we had a very bad previous experience with a realtor (from another company) when we purchased our home. We gave The Castillo group a call, they made an appointment within days of contact. Tyler was our leasing agent and helped us every step of the way! Tyler comforted us & made sure we understood every single step in the process. The entire team we had was so responsive & helpful. They answered every question we could’ve had. We are super satisfied with the proceeds we made off our sell. It was such a quick and seamless process for us. We were so thankful for Daryl’s help as well. GoogleFrom the beginning of our home-buying process, I was impressed with the professionalism of the Castillo Group. We were paired with a realtor familiar with the area we were looking in and had a thorough initial meeting to go over the buying process (which is especially helpful if you've never purchased a home before). Their online system for home searches is easy to use and our realtor, Quinton, was good about adapting the search parameters based on our style preferences, preferred locations, and price ranges. Communication was consistent and once we had an offer accepted, I liked that the company has a person who steps in to lead on the closing process/period in conjunction with our realtor. She (Chelsea) sent weekly emails outlining due dates/deadlines, what happened that week, and what was coming up the next week. I highly recommend the Castillo Group.
GoogleMy realtor was/is Heather. I already closed on my house but Heather will always be my realtor. Before she was my realtor I had a different realtor that wasnt really doing what I needed him to do. I was on so many sites looking for houses and came across the castillo group site, subscribed then a few days later they contacted me and offered to be my realtor. Well due to my experience with the previous realtor I kind of wanted to test the new realtor before going under contract with them. I wanted to build a house and within 30 minutes Heather found a builder and location which my current realtor couldnt do. Made the quick decision to fire my realtor and go under contract with Heather. Heather is a true go getter. You ask her a question and she gets back to you right away. She even went line by line over aaaaall the many many documents I had to sign. Even after I closed I still contact Heather if I have any questions. She found me a great house... I didnt build but the house is only 2 yrs old and just a great house, great yard, great neighborhood. Im so glad that Heather was/is my realtor. I trust her full heartedly and that is hard to acheive. Thank You Heather!! You are the best❤
