I am a single, just turned 65 and I just moved from Washington State. The only thing I probably didn’t have to change was my name. I thank God that the Castillo group was there for me. They had my back before I left Washington. They are all very sweet, not once did I feel like I was talking to someone who just wanted to sell a house. I felt that they really cared about what they sold me. Being new to the area, there was very little I knew about it, but the Castillo group took care of all my needs. Insurance groups, utilities, how much money I had to work with. They have a person who specialized in every aspect of the move. I felt relieved that I could trust them, and not over pay, or get less quality. Quinton was my realtor. He has been in Texas all his life so he knows everything you need know, plus he is just a joy to be around. Jon is the financial guy. He is quick and efficient. He is top notch. The bottom line is I now live in a beautiful 3 bedroom, with a two car garage plus home and just love it!!! The price for my home was only 162,000 in North West, San Antonio next to my son with all of my needs met, location and all. The Castillo group is the only way to go. Yes if I had to do this over I would not even think about having anyone else do it.

The Castillo Group at Keller Williams City View rocks! From the first meeting around our kitchen table with Tyler Moore (Listing Agent) to navigating the shoal waters of the closing process with Daryl Kasprzyk the process was smooth sailing! As many of you know, selling your house is a big deal and figuring out what to do and not to do was made easy by Tyler. He was there for us every step of the way and responded to our calls when we had a question asap! Tyler has your best interest in mind and works hard to get you what you deserve for your years of responsible home ownership. When we had a buyer Daryl stepped in and took the helm to guide us through closing. She gets it done, yesterday! When it comes down to negotiations over details with the buyer, you as the seller have no problems because she has a Ph.D. in "problem solving"! There were several other team members involved along the way, from putting a sign in the front yard, taking photos for Zillow, staging, etc. The Castillo Groups "team approach" to getting it done makes things happen smooth and fast! If you have read this far you know my wife Valerie and I highly recommend the Castillo Group!

I cannot think of a time where I have experienced such quality service! From the beginning my realtor Quinton seemed like MY personal realtor. He was always available to answer my questions in a timely manner and was patient throughout this entire process. He respected our budget and adhered to the radius that was requested. When visiting properties he was very knowledgeable and offered bits of information and also informed on things that could be a problem to ensure we were able to make an informed decision. It was our lucky day when we accidentally 😆 found Castillo group due to our new home search in San Antonio, Texas. Originally we are from Connecticut and of course we didn’t know too much about real estate in Texas.
