Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Mariana, Chelsea and the rest of the staff at The Castillo Group were so amazing to work with as we searched for a home for thousands of miles away. Moving from Boston to San Antonio in a time when it wasn't easy to travel meant that we had to do everything virtually. Mariana was so helpful with the videos and pictures she sent and we felt we could trust her when she had her eyes on a house. Once we made our choice, the whole team worked hard to help us through the process and we were able to successfully complete all of the paperwork and close on the house remotely. On top of all the work they did prior to our move, when we arrived in San Antonio we were greeted to a clean house and a basket of goodies!
