Then a follow up call first thing the next morning to set up a service call. The repairman was at our house within a couple hours, identified the problem, and fixed it in about 30 minutes. With nothing but triple digit days on the forecast, I’m very grateful for such prompt service!

From the very beginning they worked closely with us to hammer out the costs, how we would pay, and the rebates we would receive. Installation was smooth, efficient, and didn’t disrupt our daily life. The crew that came and did the work were friendly, polite, and tidied up after themselves. We are loving our ductless heat pumps and I would continue to recommend American Air to anyone needing hvac, heating, and cooling work done at their home.

Dan and his team are so professional, courteous and thorough. I trust them to take care of my new air conditioning and heating units (which they just installed in ONE day, including a new Smart Control thermostat), as well as my older gas fireplace. Highly recommend!

I’ve tried DeGrassi and Total Comfort Solutions in the past and I’m sticking with American Air. They answer the phone promptly, they’re appointments are mostly same day (I’ve had to push out the appts a couple of times because I’m not ready) I appreciate the heads-up texts they send to let you know when their technicians will arrive. And they arrive on time ready to work. I love that they wear thick disposal booties when they entire the house, even when my floors are dirtier than their shoes. The techs are courteous, knowledgeable and work very quickly. I trust them and am completely confident that they treat me and all of the customers fairly and honestly. There are plenty of problems in the world but my HVAC is no longer one of them thx to Dan & American Air.

Attention to detail, customer service, fair prices and great people make American Air the go to HVAC contractor in Walla Walla. They installed a complete heating and AC system, and a gas fireplace in our home which was undergoing a top to bottom remodel. Pete led the team that did the installation. He and everyone at American Air, from Dan Riener on down was incredibly professional and highly skilled. The result was a great system, well designed, and a positive experience for us. I can highly recommend them!
