We called Restano and Rob, the service man came to our house as scheduled. Rob diagnosed the problem and we authorized him to order the new replacement part. After one week the new replacement part was available and Rob returned to repair and test the air cleaner. He gave us a competitive price and repaired our out-of-warranty air cleaner quickly. We’ve had 3 furnaces and 1 air conditioning unit installed. We also use them for all our plumbing needs. Hot water tanks, toilets, faucets. Very professional and great service. Office girls are pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

They came out and checked what was wrong and immediately found that there were several adjustments that needed to be made. They did a top flight job in getting it to work perfectly. No charge. We were figuring on a new system, or a ductless system. Mike Restano came to the house and quickly determined a poorly designed plenum above the furnace/AC. Bruce, Their designer/fabricator came for measurements and a week later Chris and Bob came to install the perfectly fitted new pieces. System now works as it should! All ladies and men we heard from or visited were friendly, informative and professional. They even cleaned up their mess! Well done Restano. FacebookI had a clog in a pipe under the house And Josh from Restano plumbing came out and worked on it for 2 1/2 hours. He had to snake it three times and he just kept working at it! Eventually it loosened and the pipe is now clean! He did a terrific job cleaned up after himself and was pleasant the whole time. I would definitely recommend Josh and Restano for any plumbing problems.

GoogleI purchased a new furnace and air conditioner through Restano many years ago. They've been extremely responsive when it comes to any questions or repairs needed. Recently, our AC went out because of a bad circuit board during a stretch of horribly warm weather. They fit me in at their earliest time, the technician diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and they were able to come back out and repair our AC within a few days. FacebookMy hot water tank no longer was heating up and there was water under the tank. I called Restano’s and they sent someone out the next day as I said I didn’t feel it was an emergency. Andrew called to let me know he was on his way and he did an outstanding job of taking out my old tank and putting the new one in. He also walked through aspects of operating the new unit and was very knowledgeable and very personable. I would highly recommend Restano for this type of work!
GoogleI had Restano check my 2 AC condensers because they are both atleast 20+ years old and were so loud that you couldn't sit outside while they were running. It was recommended by Dennis, the service technician that it wasn't worth putting any money into them because of their age and the fact that the freon coolant is no longer used/made. I scheduled to have both of the units replaced, originally it was going to take two men two days, one for each unit. Restano was able to replace both units with a three man crew in the same day. I had my doubts, but the crew of Josh, Jake, and Will came through. They were neat and professional and did a great job. I will continue to use Restano for all of my heating/cooling needs

So when our air conditioner died, we called them first. They gave us several quotes, and within 2 weeks our new air conditioner was installed. They did not try to sell us anything we didn't need, and their work was very affordable. The install was quick and they cleaned up everything so well. The whole system is new and clean and works perfectly. They even did a little extra to help make changing our furnace filter easier! Very, very happy with their work.

They were professional and on time (which is almost unheard of in my home remodeling/service projects experience) and communicative. They broke things done in terms I understood and were easy to talk to about the project. They installed ductwork and a complete AC unit in the attic and all the vents on 2 floors. Before they left they made sure I knew how to change the filter and felt comfortable with working the thermostat. It was definitely an investment, but 10 minutes into the whole house air life and I can stay the investment is going to be well worth it for everyone in the house. No more noisy window ac units! The system is super quiet and out of the 6 companies that gave me a quote, dealing with Restano has been a breeze and I am glad I chose them.
