GoogleWe couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from DGD Garage Doors and technician Tyrone. This company's work is top-notch, but so is their customer service. Before Tyrone arrived, he sent an email to let us know he was on his way. Not only that, but the message included a bio of Tyrone's background and a picture--nice touch, so we knew he was the right person when he arrived! Tyrone took pictures of everything he did on our garage door and sent them to us in an email so we knew exactly what was done. He answered every single question we had, and he didn't rush the job--he was conscientious and careful. We've been using DGD for years--they used to be called Discount Garage Doors, but it's the same people, and they are consistently excellent! They installed our garage door and did a great job--we haven't had a single problem. They come back every year for a service call to make sure all is well--and it always IS well because they keep on top of things! I recommend DSG Garage Doors enthusiastically and without hesitation. GoogleDue to electrical outage in my area my garage door was shut closed. I tried the manual part of the door and it sprung open and busted the opener rail. I called DGD and they were able to come by a few hours later. The quickness and detailed fix was really appreciated. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional and quickly fixed the issue plus did a tune up the the garage door. Highly Recommend and props to John the technician

They process was easy and smooth and they did a wonderful job. 2 months after one of the doors started acting up. I called them and they responded immediately and with concern to make everything right. They came the very next day and fixed the problem with total professionalism. FacebookMy tech was Brandon. He arrived two hours earlier than expected and got to work immediately. I wasn’t home at the time, because I expected him to come later. He opened my garage door manually bc my opener was broken.. and my cat had gotten in the garage and he let my cat in the house. 🙂 He finished up w my door, helped me put in a new code and download the app on my phone and set that all up. And before he left, he brought in my trash can from the street. 🥲🙂 Would highly recommend! Very affordable and efficient service! 😁
GoogleJust had a torsion spring break and called DGD at about 4 pm. They said that someone would be out in about 2 hrs but Brandon Collin showed up in 30 minutes. What a great guy!!! Fixed my springs and gave the door a good going over. Gave me the options of what to repair. He was honest and a good quick hard worker. Second time he has worked for me. We will only call DGD and request Brandon!!! Thanks again...

Very satisfied, though more expensive than I anticipated...but admittedly I don't have knowledge of standard current rates...so may very well been competitive.

GoogleExcellent is the best word to describe our experience with DGD today. Unable to get the garage door up to leave for work this holiday morning, my husband walked instead. After several tries at other companies, I was able, through Faith in the office, to get DGD to come out by the early afternoon to replace the springs. John was friendly & efficient. Would definitely use them again without hesitation.
