Spring broke in garage door. Called DHD at 8:30 am. Service man here at 12:00 and door fixed within the hour. The serviceman was courteous and knowledgeable. Problem solved. Would recommend!

Tech was able to come out within several hours of me calling. Tech replaced both door springs and was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done quickly. If I ever have another garage door problem, I'll be giving DGD a call.

Easy to work with from start to finish. I scheduled on-line through the website. They texted a few questions and then offered an appointment that was a few days earlier. The technician arrived on time, explained what repair was needed, and explained the options. The technician was friendly, professional, easy to understand, and he knew his job. He completed the repair quickly and sent receipts etc to my e-mail. I will definitely be calling them if I need garage door repairs in the future.

Anthony Amedeo installed my new garage door opener. Customer service is not like it used to be until you meet with Anthony. Fantastic young man who is very personable. He even did me a favor by checking my other Garage door to make sure everything was perfectly operable with it. If you call this company to have your garage door installed Anthony is the guy you want for sure.

Techniciam was there to provide 2 new openers and check the condition of the motor. He pointed out 3 things that were wrong with the door and recommended a new door. Gave me a quote on the spot. I have used DGD for several years at my old house and always had very good service. Highly recommend them.

I contacted DGD to repair a broken spring on my garage door. From the initial phone call, through the awesome technician that came to my house quickly, I was beyond impressed. Brakki was professional, explained the repair simply, offered a few solutions and quickly got to work. The repair was completed “above and beyond” my expectations. Hopefully I don’t have any future garage door issues, but if I do, I’m definitely using DGD again!

Would highly recommend DGD for garage door service needs..They provided same day service at a reasonable price. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. He repaired the issue without difficulty, ( I had previoully used Local Overhead Garage Doors, who tried to upsell me on uneccesary items. Stay away!) I called DGD in mid afternoon as my garage door failed open. I called under the advice of a neighbor. The customer service person Whitney was able to schedule me on the same day. My Tech Chris Crawford showed up earlier than expected. He looked at my issue, offered options and went to work. He made the repair quickly and went the extra mile by offering extra items to make my garage door like new. Chris was very professional but more so very friendly. When our garage door stopped working, we called DGD Garage Doors. The next morning they sent out Raymond Harmon, one of their repairmen who promptly and courteously fixed the door and also, since the door is very old, gave us information on new garage doors which we appreciated. When the time comes to replace the existing door, we will definitely call them to do the job.

The garage door cable broke on our door and was stuck in the open position. I called DGD and they showed up within two hours. It took about one hour to replace both cables, lubricate the rollers and overhead spring. The price was reasonable. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous. I was very satisfied.
