GoogleSuperb service - the day after I called, Jimmy came and carefully evaluated each component of our misfunctioning opener before his testing found a short in the logic board. (We'd had a power surge on that circuit that also shorted out our sprinkler controller.) Our system was 15 years old, and replacement parts were no longer made. Jimmy offered us multiple options for repair. Because of our previous great experiences with Jimmy, we decided to replace the old ceiling openers on both doors, along with the wall and exterior controllers and the springs and rollers on one door, which were showing signs of wear. Jimmy talked to his boss and got us a great discount and a 10-year warranty, and he then worked all afternoon to get everything done and get our new remotes working perfectly. DGD Garage Doors are THE BEST -- I highly recommend them if you need fast, flawless repairs.

GoogleJimmy came out to upgrade our garage door springs and rollers after I installed door insulation in The Villages. Stock springs will break after a couple years if you skip this step, so it's a must-do for preventative servicing, otherwise you're just risking a major inconvenience at some point. He included tuning up the doors in his service call. I especially appreciated Jimmy giving us budget-based upgrade options without pressuring us into one way; most companies don't. Price, Quality and Professionalism are top notch. I shopped around and found DGD to be the best value at this time. I appreciated getting a price break for paying in cash.
