They are great about working around my schedule and are always on time, if not early. Joe explained the work that needed to be done and how to maintain my door and the opener, treated me like an intelligent woman, and didn't "mansplain" which I often get from other techs. The cost was also reasonable and always explained ahead of time. DGD has become my "go-to" whenever I have issues with my garage door or the opener because of their honesty and dependability.
