This however was the 2nd scheduled appointment. The 1st scheduled appointment time came and went. I had to reschedule due to previous appointment I had scheduled. It would have been nice had the office called and let me know the technician was held up on the job prior to mine so I wasn't just waiting for him to not arrive. I have to say tho once I rescheduled the experience was great.
