On a Friday night at 8:30 p.m. he was thorough, dedicated and honest to make sure that I was pleased with my garage repair. Let’s be honest, most consumers are afraid to call for repairs because one does not always know the integrity of the repairman. I assure you that you will not have those concerns with DGD. Luke took such pride in his work, a rarity these days, you could see he was an honorable man who sincerely wanted to do things the right way. I can recommend DGD without reservation.

From scheduling the appointment to their confirmation of the upcoming appointment and then to DGD’s technician Matthew, all was professional. Matthew phoned on the appointment day ahead of the scheduled time to give me his ETA (which was a few minutes early). Upon his arrival and examination of the quirky door’s operation, Matthew clearly was confident and definitely highly skilled. He explained what he was doing in understandable terminology as he worked. Even though my knowledge is limited about these mechanisms (that is an overstatement), Matthew shared each procedure and why he was doing it. And he patiently answered all my queries irrespective of their pertinence. He quickly realized I’m a curious consumer and I did learn a few things. Of course, most importantly, Matthew repaired the issue even though it was not a standard problem. Recall my former description of “quirky.” He was determined to locate and fix the well-hidden quirk. His determination paid off. I’m grateful to DGD and certainly to Matthew who went above and beyond to find a fixable solution rather than push to make a sale of a new system. In this day in age when there is a plethora of companies boasting their superiority relative to their competitors, choosing the best and most skilled is a game of chance. So allow me to remove the guesswork for you.
