Incredible service! We called on a Saturday afternoon with a completely non-functioning garage door, and within an hour, help was at our door. Chris, our technician, was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Not only did he quickly fix the main issue, but he also helped us with another garage door concern we hadn't even planned to address. We couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommend Chris and this company to anyone in need of prompt, reliable garage door service!
I loved my technician, Jimmy Khalil! He made suggestions to upgrade my opener with a battery backup. My husband and I have always worried about opening the garage in a storm. Thanks to Jimmy our garage no longer makes horrible noises.! We had gotten so used to it that we thought it was normal. I will definitely keep Jimmy's name in my DGD contact so I can ask for him personally!!

John H. was very communicative about arrival time. He was professional and courteous. He explained what he needed to do, gave estimate prior to starting the work. He gave a very accurate estimate of how long it was going to take to be completed and then explained exactly how to work the new opener as it was different than the one taken down. Very pleased with him.
Bryan is a very conscientious, courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic employee. I was very pleased to meet him and have him service my garage door. He surprised me by sweeping the glass in my garage and also on my driveway. Bryan Goes beyond and Above his work order to please, the customer. You have a golden employee serving your customers. I called on a Friday and they had someone at my house on Sunday. No extra charge either. The tech was great and the communication from both him and the company were appreciated. I highly recommend them. Best part for me is their weekend hours. Very pleased with the service provided as well.

John from DGD replaced just about everything on our garage door after the springs broke. He was excellent, and for only having 3 years of experience, he knew the manufacturer of our garage door even though it was original to our home that was built in 1982. Thanks alot John. I had my new garage door and opener installed today. Henry, the technician, did an incredible job. He explained the process along with a tutorial on how to easily operate my new door. I would highly recommend Dukes and especially would ask for Henry every time! Not only was this a cost-effective project, but it also added more value to my home. Thank you DGD and Henry!
Pleasant experience from start to finish. After scheduling, I received a text message about the technician who was coming out and a link to track his location and arrival time. Devonte' arrived, introduced himself and accessed the repair needed. He made logical suggestions, based on wear signs and provided me with a written estimate. The repairs were made in a timely fashion and I was able to get on with my day. Afterwards, I received an electronic receipt along with warranty paperwork. I was extremely happy with the service provided and thought the price was reasonable for the most part. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future.

Duke's replaced our garage door opener and some door parts this afternoon. Their pricing was competitive, and the service was timely, pleasant, helpful, and first-class. I had received three quotes for the work with a sizable cost spread. I highly recommend DGD.

Work was great. New opener works fine, everything paired. Missed the window for arrival by 3 hours, due to unexpected emergency calls, according to the technician. That’s understandable but communication could have been better.
