DGD was a breath of fresh air after a bad experience with another company. I had been overcharged $2,600 for parts and work DGD would’ve done for $909, and to make it worse, the other company didn’t tighten the set screws on one of the springs properly, so it slipped and skewed the door. When I asked them to come back, they ghosted. Brakki from DGD came out, fixed the problem, lubricated and double-checked everything, and even labeled the system with their contact info so I’ll always know who to call. He was professional, honest, detail-oriented, and made me feel taken care of. And, when I called DGD and told them there was no rush to get it done as long as it was within a week or two, they were at my house two (2) hours after I called them! DGD may not be the cheapest, but they *are* fair, thorough, and professional. I won’t use anyone else for garage door work. ☺️

When my old garage doors opener died, I called Dukes, for no particular reason, I was new to Brandon. Years latter my outside keypad stopped working. I called Duke. The sent a guy the next day. He gave me a new one, cleaned and fixed ALL the pieces and parts. I am happy that I called Dukes the first time!!
Joel from DGD did a maintenance check today on my garage doors. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He also installed a much needed outside entry remote for me. Duke’s Garage I have called twice and Twice was treated with professionalisms and great service. They were able to send someone out that day and check to see why my Garage door was not working. They immediately saw it was the operating system and gave me a quick quote on three different system and was able to install it that day, wow great Service and New Operating System very Pleased. Chris Yousef let me know when he was coming. He did a fairly thorough inspection. After discussing his diagnosis and getting an agreement from me, he went right to work. His worked professionally. I now have a garage door that opens and closes quietly.
Technician arrived within an hour of my call even though it was a Saturday. He diagnosed the problem promptly, proposed a solution and price, which I approved. He was done in about an hour for the agreed to price. He left the area clean and secure.

He came here on time, checked out my system, changed out my 15 year old rollers, and programmed my remote garage door opener to my Genesis G70, something the dealership couldn't do and sold me a new secondary remote and programmed it as well.. Our garage door became an "urgent matter" when we discovered it was not closing properly. After reading the Google reviews, I found Duke's Garage Doors, a local business. Literally same day service. Our Svc Tech Bryon provided a few recommendations on our 21 year old garage door. We chose the most logical repair....install a new Linear system. The Linear system came with all the bells & whistles and no more NOISE from the old chain system vs. belt driven. Thank you DGD & Bryon!!
