I called this afternoon and the technician, Bryan Aucoin arrived a short time later. He explained everything that he would be doing and why he was doing it. He replaced my keypad and performed general maintenance. I would recommend this company and technician to anyone.

John was terrific. He did a great job and then went over every detail with me.Told me I could call him anytime with any questions I might have, but I honestly feel he covered everything. Good to know that he would be available though. Can’t say enough how wonderful he was as I had left a friend stranded at a drs office and she ended up walking home. Thank god it wasn’t that far. My garage door opener broke and I called DGD. They had a tech out the same day. He was courteous and knowledgeable and explained my options. I made my choice, he had everything with him, and had the job finished in about an hour. I was very well pleased. I had used DGD many years ago (everything is still working) and I am very glad I chose them again. This repair was done on a second garage door in our shop.

Brandon arrived early which freed up my day. Hello was knowledgeable and did a thorough check on my garage door, springs, rollers and mechanical devices. I went with his recommended roller replacement which is 9 years old.

Josh did a complete evaluation of my door and made recommendations for the repair that went beyond what I initially had anticipated. But has analysis was accurate, and provided a better value despite the additional cost. I now have a garage door that I can count on to function as it was designed to function.

The service is good most of the time. I don’t like how the techs have to sell you a service to just about be able to complete a requested maintenance service ticket. I have never had the same tech either.

I called this morning because I had a broken spring on my garage door opener. I had a tech here by 3 o’clock and by 5 o’clock everything was fixed. Extremely pleasant, extremely efficient and worked within my budget. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody looking for Garage door repairs.

Our 7 year old overhead door made so much noise and banging before, but Josh did an amazing job replacing the rollers with great nylon wheels that are so quiet and smooth you barely hear the door moving. Before when I pulled the emergency release lifting it was really hard and heavy. Now with the new springs it really light and easy to lift. Josh was quick, professional and explained everything he was going to do before I approved it and he did it quickly and expertly. Highly recommend DGD (they installed it originally) and Josh Battle for any install or maintenance on your overhead door.
