Service tech, Bryon was very knowledgeable and professional. Came in, diagnosed the problem, gave me a few different options for repairs with different price points, didn’t push me to go with the most expensive solution either. Explained in depth the differences between all the services and warranties included with each service. Even offered a military discount which is all was greatly appreciated. job well done DGD!

Garage door wouldn’t open but remotes all worked. Sensor on one side was loose and not communicating with its neighbor! Jimmy came to fix and he replaced both sensors. Quick service, friendly receptionist and Jimmy was great!!

We had a spring break on our garage door last night. I called at 8 AM and within 30 minutes. The technician was at our house. The technician Bryon I Did a fantastic job of assessing the door, identifying existing problems along with the broken spring and made recommendations for repairs and upgrade to the opener. He was able to start and complete all the work within three hours and then spent time explaining the new opener and All the new features.
Joshua arrived on time, finished in a short time and reviewed what work he had done. Very polite and kind gentleman. ~Deanna K

Ron Mosely was my salesman, did a job that Overhead Door & Garage refused to do because were convinced that I would not have the garage cleared out 10 ft. from the door. I had the door cleared out 10 ft. when the time came for Dukes Garage Door to do the job. The two installers were stellar professionals and very polite. Dante and Jordan were their names. And making all the magic happen was Stephanie, master communicator via text and emails. Now about that garage door I purchased, it was a polyurethane insulated and painted brown. WOW! I had no idea how cool my garage could be when its 90 degrees outside. The urethane casters for the individual panels are whisper quiet. Another competitor who bid more, was willing to match the price Duke Garage Door offered. I told them I dont do business that way. Your chance to earn my business was the first quote you offered me. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of DGD. I was notified when my surface agent was coming with a picture so I would recognize who he was. He arrived early with a smile on his face. He offered me three different estimates for me to choose from. He worked on my door for 4 hours in the heat of the garage without complaint. He set up all the access systems prior to leaving and left the garage clean as a whistle. I would recommend DGD and Josh to anyone. Excellent service!

Jose was my first point of contact here and he was prompt and professional in quoting out my garage. He made sure I got a great deal on the garage door and opener set up. Amanda in the office handled scheduling and the permitting and made it all very simple and easy for me as we are not at the property full time.
