Needed repairs done on my Garage door. A spring snapped and need to be replaced. Called DGD got a appointment right away. Our service guys John and Brian were very friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Explained everything that we needed and what the process was. Gave extra tips on how to keep things running smoothly. Thank you both for your work today, and coming on short notice. To anyone needs garage repairs dont hesitate to call. 🤗

I chose Dukes for a new garage door and everything about the process was handled in an efficient and professional manner. An issue with the length of the struts was resolved immediately and they walked me through the permitting process so that everything went smoothly. On top of that the price was more than reasonable.
DGD responded to my call for service promptly (on a weekend) and made all of the necessary arrangements. The staff worked with me on my schedule for the estimate visit as well as the work. The work was completed in less than one day, for minimal disruption. The staff arranged for the county inspector to visit and he promptly approved the permit.

The guy did an outstanding job. Also, considering he was by himself. I had 2 single wide doors installed. He had to replace the doors that I had from the 70s which were solid doors that kicked out and then up vs the roll up type replacements. 2 Thumbs 👍🏾...
Returned home from a trip only to find my spring had failed. Called on Sunday morning and DGD sent out Matt Rivera who provided excellent customer service by solving the issue. Great job!!!
Had the garage door jump off the track and the cable on both sides spooled. It is Saturday morning and we have a party for 100 people at 4pm. Called Dukes and they said they would have someone out by 4. Explained our situation and someone was here within the hour! Brian B. was the tech and he was great! Looked at the issue gave us a quote and completed the job in an hour or less. He even adjusted the tension so the door opens and closes without any noise. We will definitely keep the Dukes card and call them again if we have any more issues.

Matthew Rivera came out to my home to quote a new wall mounted opener, springs, bearings, and rollers. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was not a pushy salesman like other companies use. I sincerely appreciate the honesty because I do not know much about garage doors, I just want everything to work properly. I approved the quote (which was a great price) and the work was 100% completed the next morning. Everything looks amazing and the door is extremely quiet. Matthew is a great technician with a very high skill level. I will personally recommend Duke’s to everyone and tell them to ask for Matthew Rivera.
Excellent Company. They inspected my old garage door and explained the problems and gave me several options to replace my garage door. The quote was very reasonable. Good experience. Sales person came quickly, didnt push for a sale or for my SSN for financing too quickly and answered all my questions. Install mostly went well. Noticed a dent in one panel later that day but they replaced the panel without issues. Really good communication. The office staff is very fast to respond via text (or phone).
The process was really positive. Everyone from the estimator, to the installer to the schedulers to the permit coordinator was helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Josh was very professional and arrived on time. My appointment was very easy to schedule to meet my schedule. I needed two springs replaced on my double garage door. The work was quoted and I approved the charge. All the work was completed within a reasonable time and I now have a working garage door again.

From the consultation to installation, DGD has been amazing. Special shout out goes to Stephanie, in the permit department. She worked with my crazy schedule to get the City of Alachua out during their work hours (M-Th) for the inspection, and then made sure they came in the morning so I got to work on time. Today I had one more text from her, saying she had confirmed CoA had closed my permit so I wont have any hiccups down the road. Everyone should use DGD for their garage door needs!
