Dillan showed up after what I would call after business hours. He assessed the problem with my door motor and offered suggestions to remedy the problem with pricing for the suggestions. This review is mainly about the technician George. He behaved the whole time very professionally. He completed the job to my full satisfaction. Did not leave until I was fully satisfied. I am not sure if it was expensive or inexpensive, however, I have had contact with another garage door company by the name of precision. Their technician asked for much much higher fee than what George charged me for this job.

WOW- DGD IS AMAZING I had an exceptional experience with DGD from start to finish. Late Friday afternoon around 3:00 PM, I discovered that my garage door spring and support bracket had broken. From the moment I called, the team was friendly, courteous, and highly professional. To my surprise, they were able to dispatch a representative the very same day—without any additional or emergency service fees. I was given a service window between 4:00–7:00 PM, and right at 4:00 PM, I received a thoughtful introduction text that included a photo and brief bio of the technician, Randy. Shortly after, Randy personally called to introduce himself—setting a great tone before he even arrived. When Randy arrived, he greeted me with a firm handshake and direct eye contact—something I truly value as a business professional. He quickly assessed the issue and took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain what was wrong. His ability to communicate the problem in straightforward, easy-to-understand terms—without unnecessary jargon—demonstrated both expertise and integrity. Randy then presented three transparent and well-explained options, walking me through each one in detail so I could make an informed decision. Once we agreed on the best solution, he immediately got to work and completed the entire repair in about an hour. Are technician Chris did a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and completed the work quickly. They have great pricing. They even do same day or next day service. Needed some work done on my old garage door or it was going to be replaced. I had Dukes come out and the guy who came out laid out what my options were. Either to rebuild everything or replace it with a new door. Replacing all the parts and making it like new was less expensive and the other option was to go with a new door which was more money. We decided to get all new everything and two days later they were at our house and installed a new door. They answered all the questions we had, showed us how to lubricate and where, and they were very professional. I highly recommend Dukes Garage Doors!

Replaced a damaged garage door with Dukes Garage Door. Representative came out and provided good advice and recommended a replacement to suit our needs at a good price. Communication for scheduling the installation date was excellent and a very knowledgeable technician came out in a few days and installed in about 2 hours. We did not notice one of the panels was dented and called Dukes and they came out a second time with no questions asked and replaced the panel. Very personable throughout the process. They promptly scheduled the final inspection with the county and all is completed. Great transaction with a very good company. Could not ask for more. Good job Dukes !

We called Duke Garage doors and they were able to have a repair team member at our house within the hour . His name is Matthew Rivera , and he did a wonderful job .Our garage door opener had broke along with seals needing repaired and other things worn on the door . He went over everything and gave us about 5 options we could do , seeing how much we were able to spend . We decided a complete makeover seeing that ours was about 30 years old , Matthew did a wonderful job , we are really pleased with his work and he was very pleasant and patient explaining everything to us when he was done . Yesterday, February 16, 2026, Josiah K., technician with Dukes Garage Doors, came out on very short notice, ahead of the scheduled time, to fix a persistent problem I was having with my garage door not operating properly. In May 2025, we had a new garage door opener installed and in July 2025, we also had new rollers installed. Over the course of the next several months, the garage door was opening and closing, but with difficulty and finally, the garage door opener could not operate at all. After calling ahead that he was on his way, Josiah came out, introduced himself, took several pictures, which he sent me, and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The garage door opener was fine and the rollers that were installed were dry and hugging the track. After modifying the garage door track, the garage door and opener are super quiet, opening and closing perfectly. He was kind and patient, and gave me some tips, to keep the garage door operating like new. Thank you, Josiah!

The installers were very knowledgeable and professional, removing and installing our new garage door. Their work coordination was exemplary and we highly recommend them and DGD for any garage door instillation. In addition the price quoting was professional, definitely affordable and appreciated.
Appointment schedule for same day called. Bryon and Moses arrived on time. Reviewed in detail what needed to be repaired by showing the worn parts etc. They were professional, friendly, and efficient in repairs and installation. They made sure we understood what they advised. Warranties were good and maintenance schedule to support warranties were reasonable. This upgrade was greatly needed and our garage door is now quiet and operates smoothly.
