Google3 weeks after having a local person install my new garage opener, the garage door wouldn't open more than 2'. None of the remotes worked and the company people couldn't help with why this was happening. George w/ DGD(Dukes) came down and saw the issue immediately. He found pieces were put together wrong but being the professional he is, figured it out! He made it work properly and even set "MyQ" up! I really don't know what I'd have done if he hadn't figured it out. Thank you George! Today you are my hero.

I called DGD and the lady on the phone was so nice and immediately got me a tech (Josiah) to come out and evaluate my door. He arrived promptly and was so kind and professional. He had my door in working order in no time! Also I was so concerned it was going to be super pricey being it last minute late on a friday and it was not! It was super affordable! I highly recommend their service and will be using them in the future for all my garage door needs.
