I was extremely pleased with the service Brakki provided. My garage door failed at 5pm. I called Duke’s and Brakki arrived before 8. He was professional and efficient. Fixed my broken door and installed a new opener since mine was very old
I wanted to get my house whitewashed and it wasn't easy to find a painter that was able to do it the way I wanted. DG painting did exactly as wanted and went above and beyond with the service you need a great painter DG is the one to choose
3 weeks after having a local person install my new garage opener, the garage door wouldn't open more than 2'. None of the remotes worked and the company people couldn't help with why this was happening. George w/ DGD(Dukes) came down and saw the issue immediately. He found pieces were put together wrong but being the professional he is, figured it out! He made it work properly and even set "MyQ" up! I really don't know what I'd have done if he hadn't figured it out. Thank you George! Today you are my hero.

Dukes delivery of the door was in the exact time frame and has been a great upgrade. But the installer was awsome, he was hard working, self motivated, very professional. I called DGD Sunday afternoon and they had their tech John at my house by 9am Monday morning to do some repairs. John was very professional and informative. He had the repairs done quickly and educated me on how to properly maintain my garage door system. I highly recommend DGD from the service that John provided.

Spring Replacement/Repair by Matt Rivera-He did a quick assessment, asked me a couple questions, and went right to work. Was done within 25 minutes on an early morning Saturday.

I had an emergency last minute garage door malfunction at 745pm on a friday night. I had to be at work the next morning at 6am and my car was stuck in the garage. I called DGD and the lady on the phone was so nice and immediately got me a tech (Josiah) to come out and evaluate my door. He arrived promptly and was so kind and professional. He had my door in working order in no time! Also I was so concerned it was going to be super pricey being it last minute late on a friday and it was not! It was super affordable! I highly recommend their service and will be using them in the future for all my garage door needs.

DGD was recommended by my neighbor, who informed me that the main spring had completely broken. I promptly contacted them, and the initial contact was with the receptionist. She was attentive, supportive, and ensured that I was taken care of. I was put on hold for a few minutes, and when she returned, she informed me that a repair person would contact me with the time they would arrive at my house. Upon Dillon Trascher’s arrival, he inspected the garage door, provided me with three estimates, and commenced the repair process. I was highly impressed with this young man; he was professional, had a positive attitude, accurately identified the issue, and repaired the door efficiently. I commend DGD for hiring individuals of his caliber, as he was a refreshing change. I did not feel as though I was taken advantage of. I would definitely use DGD again and highly recommend their services. BTW The repair came with a 10 year warranty that was the greatest part of all.

The person who fixed my garage door spring was very efficient and had a great personality. He spent time explaining to me what was wrong and what he had to do to fix it which gave me confidence in him and his company. I wish I remembered his name but based on the other reviews I’m sure my statement stands for all the staff that work there. This repair and the tech got an A+.
