He completed the full install in 1 hour. I texted Dukes in the wee hours of the morning and received an almost immediate response from Lenny. He scheduled me the same day and was here right at the 1000 o'clock hour...no long wait. The quality of the service was outstanding and Daniel explained everything very well. Thanks so much!!!! My somewhat unique application was expertly designed, and the installed product was exactly what was promised. When Steve showed up for the installation appointment, I expected another helper to arrive during the install. But Steve handled the entire task singled handed, and was finished with the job in under three hours. In summary, Duke delivered a Five Star experience start to stop.

I called DGD planning to leave a message for Monday but someone actually answered the phone and said they could have a tech out that day. The young man who came was very informative and explained what needed to be done and what my options were. The repairs were done about 3 hours after my call.
