Duke Garage Doors gives very timely and great service. I was able to get same day service after lightening struck my garage and burned out my garage door motor and sensors. Randy was the best he educated me on options and let me decide for myself without pressure.

Had a garage door spring break. Dukes got a tech out to us within a couple of hours and less than an hour later we had new springs and a new bearing. The tech, Brian, also balanced and lubed the door and moving parts and recalibrated the motor. Couldn’t be happier with it.

Sales rep Will was great to work with, but Duke's prices beat 3 other competitors. Office staff was great to work with and amazing communication thru the entire process. He worked with his manager to get me the best price (including a military discount) and performed the work quickly, thoroughly and he cleaned up completely after the job. You can’t ask more than that! Great company, great people!

From the first sales call, to the last test of my new garage door, this was a praiseworthy experience. My somewhat unique application was expertly designed, and the installed product was exactly what was promised. When Steve showed up for the installation appointment, I expected another helper to arrive during the install. But Steve handled the entire task singled handed, and was finished with the job in under three hours. In summary, Duke delivered a Five Star experience start to stop.

Of course, it was the Sunday after a holiday when my garage door decided to not open. I called DGD planning to leave a message for Monday but someone actually answered the phone and said they could have a tech out that day. The young man who came was very informative and explained what needed to be done and what my options were. The repairs were done about 3 hours after my call. I was very impressed with the work that was done and the price seemed reasonable.

Very pleased with the people and all portions of the garage door replacement, and 2/5 the price of the other major vendor. The only add-on I now wish I had discussed was adding reflective tinting to reduce people's ability to look inside the garage.
