July 5, 2016 - Brian has been to our home twice for garage door problems. The first time, the main spring was broken - which he replaced in addition to a few other minor things. Today we had to replace the Operator system (16+ years old). When my husband called the company and explained our problem, he asked for Brian. Message passed on and he came prepared to make the replacement . We have said if anyone needs this service, Brian and your company would be our first recommendation. In addition, the lady who takes calls is top rate. Wish more businesses were like yours.

I contacted DGD early in the morning, and they had a technician to my house within the hour. The technician indicated that he was not familiar with the equipment that I was using, however, through diligence and a strong desire to make sure that I was satisfied, he contacted the manufacturer of my garage door opener, and ensured that everything was connected prior to leaving. DGD finally came through with professional and experienced service. Tech Devonte fixed and fine tuned the issues I have had with my new garage door and opener since installation. You can clearly see he takes pride in his work and does things correctly.
DGD was the most reasonable cost to program my garage door openers - $90 instead of the $119 most of them charge. My technician, Miguel, was fantastic. He did the job quickly and thoroughly. I thought he would charge me extra for the two new openers, but it was part of the deal. Great business! I highly recommend.
I have used DGD for more years than I can recall. Each visit has been pleasant….and my garage door motor lasted long beyond its years! Over 25. This time needed a new unit; belt driven and wi-fi with remote open/close! I am so happy. Miguel installed alone what may have been effortlessly to him. Everything works fine! On a Saturday morning, our garage door was opening and closing by itself. We called DGD, and Jordan was able to get to us later in the afternoon. He was very professional and polite. He saw that we needed a new opener. He explained everything to us and was able to replace it the same day, and by Saturday evening everything was operational. I highly recommend DGD. We had used them before several years ago in a different house, so we were happy to get them again.

I had DGD come out to troubleshoot my garage door because it appeared to be noisy when going up. They fixed the noise and also put on new rollers, but after a couple of days I had an even louder noise when I opened my garage door. After numerous attempts by one technician to fix the problem with no luck the supervisor Daniel sent a more experienced technician out and my door was fixed. Now my door opens and closes with no noise and smoother. I appreciate everyones efforts to remedy my problem and make me happy. Thank you for all your efforts.
