Visited over the weekend. I was impressed with the customer service. A salesman by the name of Noah greeted me soon after I exited my car. He greeted me and allowed me to talk about what I was interested in without being pushy or overbearing like I’ve experienced at other dealerships. Although I wasn’t buying that day as I am working toward a bigger down payment, I will be buying my next car here and hopefully I can have Noah assist me with my purschase.

Positive experience. I have terrible credit and other obstacles that made getting financed for a vehicle almost impossible for me. California Motors Direct worked some magic and made it happen. Yes they did jack up the advertised price on the car, which is why I’m giving four stars and not five , but for people like me with challenged credit and non traditional income, I don’t expect the same deal as someone with a 750 score and years of high income paystubs. The salesman and manager came through for me and I’m so grateful to be given a second chance and finally driving again! Definitely recommend this place to people having a hard time getting financed. They financed me so they will likely help almost any one. Thanks guys!
