They have plenty of good choices for used vehicles. Just do your research on the vehicle you really want and understand the process of purchasing a vehicle. Use the internet to educate yourself. Make self-improvement and learning a way of life. Last but not least, take care of your businesses and be a responsible adult to have a really good credit score. I left so happy driving away in a 2008 Honda S2000 that only had 74K miles. Ask for Yami Lopez to get the best service and best understanding of dealership process.

Cristian was my salesman for my 2007 Ford Escape limited vehicle. He was very friendly , accommodating, and patient with me , which I greatly appreciated. His level of professionalism and punctuality was of very high regard. So I suggest booking an appointment with Cristian if you want to finance a vehicle. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at a dealership and he made the process very quick and simple. My experience here at california motors direct Santa Ana location was excellent. I did my research on what I wanted and they had one. I inspected the car fax and was happy with the vehicle. They only had it for about a week so there were some minor issues that we addressed and we came to an agreement with. They replaced the tires that were balding (very much appreciated). It’s a used car so it’s not perfect. They were very curtious and were patient with me as I wanted to test out several cars before I finally settled on the one I went for. They entire time I was not rushed nor was I pressured into anything. I asked questions and got answers right away and once I told them which car I wanted the paperwork was fairly fast. All in all I had a very good experience here. I’ve seen some bad reviews but I don’t see it while they attended to my needs. Oh and yes, I flew in from Fresno ca to this dealer because they had the car that I had been looking for.

Wow! Beat all my expectations! The lots were full of customers viewing cars. The dealership was more than ready with sufficient staff to help every customer out.Angel was very kind and helpful, he showed us every single vehicle we were interested in, During each test drive he would share detailed information about the vehicle and it’s Carfax history. Okay...so I came to this place thinking there is no way I'm going to be able to afford a car here because the cars are very well kept and they got the best brand of cars on their lot (gorgeous cars!) I mean they even had cars, I never heard of but nice!👌 and I almost gave up before saying to myself "you know... 🤔Sometimes you have to jump over a sidewalk to land on grass and see the Greener side! and so I got on my phone, called before completely leaving the vicinity and asked to speak with a higher level of authority and i let this person know how I really wanted this car and if there was anything he could do for me to help me make this happen? Make a vehicle that I've always admired finally mine! (A MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE!) and with the warmest voice he said "SANDRA I BELIEVE WE CAN DO THAT FOR YOU!" "WE DO OUR BEST TO TRY AND MAKE ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND LEAVE WITH WHAT THEY CAME LOOKING FOR, THAT IS OUR GOAL!" with that being said I want to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU , THANK YOU GUS!!!
