I went and got my nipples pierced last night and I'm absolutely in love with how they turned out ! The lady was great, super quick about it, she was nice about when I asked her to change the angle a bit and re-marked them for me and they're perfectly symetrical and she gave me a lollipop afterwards 🖤

I went to get my nostril pierced. It was pretty busy but considering it was a Saturday and I didn’t have an appointment I was perfectly content waiting. The reviews are what drew me in. They explained the process from the waiver, to jewelry selection and even while piercing. The lady El, who was my piercer, was very nice, quick and painless. She explained what she was doing with every touch and even answered my questions. I will be coming back with more business and even my daughter who wants her nose pierced eventually. Thanks!! (I always have discoloration on my nose so the red is not from the piercing btw.)

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value July 2022 - Went for nose piercings with my daughter for her birthday. Showed up about 40 minutes before close on a Sunday, and eere treated with respect and felt like the staff was glad we were there. We were taken back quickly and the nose piercings were quick and only hurt for a few seconds. After care was thoroughly explained and checkout was smooth. All around good experience, as we expected from our last visit. Will continue to go to Black Cloud for our piercings!

“I went with my mother here for a piercing and I am in love. They will show you good earring selection to choose from, Titanium Gold Silver., Amanda was so sweet when I was doing my piercing. Made me laugh and I was so happy the way the piercing came out. The service there was great, keeping the place clean and making sure customer are happy and laughing. I would definitely go there again!

Amanda pierced both of my daughters noses, and did an awesome job!! They were so nervous and she made them feel so much better. 100% recommend Amanda for your piercings!!

Greeted soon as walked in the check in process waiver was simple. Staff was very courteous. Amanda the technician explained everything to my daughter and I we both were comfortable. From start to finish during my daughter’s piercing process it was quick and Amanda did a great job. My daughter was very pleased and happy with her dermis piercing. Overall the visit was very nice the business is very clean and they sanitize very thoroughly. We will come back future visits and recommend to others.
