I have been here so many times in the past and have gotten so many things pierced and re pierced! I am prone to passing out after getting it done but as soon as I met Amanda oh my god I felt so safe and in good hands. She truly made my experience so amazing. She is so professional and friendly. I felt more as a friend than a customer with her and she is just all around amazing.

The piercer was kind and knowledgeable. He was able to repierce my industrial from 20yrs ago. It was minimal pain and quick appointment even with a long line. The appointment moved quickly. I'm from Buffalo NY and I was in Charlotte NC for a wedding/vacation so it was pretty convenient to be able to go to the outlet and have an apprentice give us the address to the Carolina Place mall for the appointment on the same day. This was my first tattoo and I had such a great experience. I didn’t necessarily know what tattoo I wanted and my artist knew exactly what I wanted without me having to say too much. He made sure I was okay with everything to do with placement to coloration. I would totally go back in the future to get another tattoo and would definitely recommend.

Did a walk in during vacation with my brother for a basic tattoo. Xavier accommodated us even thought he was about to go on break. He was very friendly and engaged us in a long conversation while tattooing. The staff was very friendly and professional as well. Fair pricing, very clean environment, very happy with the end result.
