I got my navel piercing done here this past friday and my experience was great:) They were quick, informative, and friendly as I'm pretty new to tattoo/piercings this was great. I am a little squeamish and felt lightheaded after-was immediately met with cold water, a fan and even a little lollipop. Go here!!!

This place is the best. I got my nose pierced. I was terrified, but I have been wanting my nose pierced for years. However, I had heard so many horror stories that I never even attempted to get one. I did my research and found black cloud, and decided to finally get one. Happy I did! Dom was awesome and her customer service is the best. She did an excellent job on my piercing. It was literally just how she said it would be, just one quick pinch. It’s also placed perfectly where I wanted it. I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this business. Thanks Dom :)

I had originally went in for an industrial but Amanda was professional and told me that she was concerned about the bar migrating due to my ear shape. She said maybe in a couple years my ears will grow and then suggested that I had good anatomy for a conch piercing. She showed me what it would look like and I agreed. We did the conch piercing and it looks amazing. Amanda was so sweet during the process and made me feel safe. She made sure I knew aftercare and how to sleep on my side with it.
