The first day I had to call because our umbrella and chairs were not up. However, as soon as I called, someone came and put them up immediately. The quality of the umbrella and chairs were fantastic, never had an issue with them being by 9 AM after the first day. My only other comment was that, they were put up in different spots every day getting further away from our building as the week went on. Overall, we were pretty satisfied and would use them again.

Very easy to rent Chairs & Umbrella! Simply called spoke to sweet sales girl, gave them the lifeguard stand # we would be at and by 9am the next morning they were there! We even had to call back the morning of our beach day because we gave them the wrong stand number! They came right back out and moved them for us… great customer service, easy process and great prices! What else can you ask for?!!

My expectations were exceeded by Pleasure Island rentals. I called months (out of season) in advance to plan and make arrangements. They answered all questions and helped me understand Carolina Beach set up. We rented beach umbrella sets, games, coolers, tables, folding chairs, beach wagons, etc.. This made our travels and celebrating so much easier. They delivered everything to the rented house and completed beach set up on time. I definitely recommend them! And will use them again!

We had very specific instructions as to where we wanted the chairs and umbrellas left. They did this, and also kept us updated as weather conditions required them to be delayed and putting out these.

Only takes a few minutes to secure a bike rental and only a few moments to check the bike back in. Bikes are lightweight and easy to pedal and ride. Definitely will be back!
