I rented 6 bikes from Pleasure Islands via call and the associate was so nice and took care of everything for me! We went to the rental with no problem and dropped them off without one either! Definitely will rent from them when I return to Carolina Beach, the bikes do come in handy if you don’t have a car or golf cart. Baskets are free and when one tire was low on air, they filled it up before we left! Thank you!

This place is amazing many ways. First, location, right on way waterway with beautiful views and only a couple blocks to beach. Whoever owns this place has it so entire focus is on the renter. Everything you want inside. Highly recommend it!!!!

We have been using this company for years and have found them extremely reliable. However, the suggestion I would have is instead of clipping our last name on the back of the chair to locate our setup, to stencil a number on all of the umbrellas and let us know what number ours is with a receipt because people steal chairs and umbrellas as they just throw away the reservation name tag so there’s no way to know who stole your chairs. This happened three times in one week. Very stressful to walk around asking each unmarked setup if they rented it.

No problems, reserved chair/umbrella set online a couple weeks before arrival to beach. Told them where we were staying and went out the first day and had our chair/umbrella set up for us and for the rest of the time of our vacation.
