This company is the best for all your beach rental needs. I have used them before but for this beach trip, I called to rent a couple bikes and had them within an hour of when I called. The staff is super friendly and just all around easy to work with.

We didn’t plan to rent an umbrella, so when I called at 8a in the morning for one that day, I was happy we were able to get one. We had it by 9:30a when we went out to the beach. Very courteous staff.

Pleasure Island rentals are a top notch rental company at Carolina beach. They always had rental chairs and umbrella out on time and were left out late to enjoy. I think you can not go wrong with Pleasure island rental. I rented 3 chairs and one umbrella for a weeks stay and was satisfied with their service. I would definitely use them again. I do have one suggestion is placing of the umbrella and chairs closer to the beach and update chairs and umbrellas. The blue umbrellas from Tony Silvagni were always next to ocean and not second row. There equipment was updated also. Not sure if you have a deal to let them be closer to ocean but they were always up front. I love the service of pleasure island but would recommends update and getting closer to ocean not behind Tony Silvagni umbrellas.

Pleasure Island Rentals are the most amazing and customer friendly place I encountered my whole trip to North Carolina, not just the beach, the whole state! From Boogie boards to umbrellas and chairs set up at the beach for you, it’s doesn’t get any better than this! I do recommend a wagon if you have little ones. We did a lot of walking and little legs got tired, hind sight is always 20/20.

We rented two beach cruisers during a vacation and had the best experience! Staff was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. We had a tire go flat due to a sand spur and they drove out a new bike to us and had us on our way within ten minutes! Short of a personal serenade, you just cannot ask for better service than that! Would definitely rent here again!
