Enjoyed the ride around the area, with one exception we had a pedal assembly fall off one of the bikes. Was replace in a very efficient manner.

We rented bikes from here to ride around town and down to Fort Fisher. The bikes were in great shape and very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and gave us directions to some of the trails. Would definitely rent from Pleasure Island Rentals again!

Easy to get beach rentals. Friendly call. Tell them where you want the chairs and umbrellas. And they deliver. 2 chairs and umbrella about $30. Great price. No setup on my end they do it all. Thank You.

Having our chairs and umbrella ready and waiting each morning was the best thing ever!! They were even able to add an additional umbrella and chair when we had guests for a few days during our vacation!! It made our vacation even more enjoyable!!

all was good except one day the umbrellas weren't delivered. I called and they brought them. another day one of the umbrellas got picked up by a gust of wind and almost took out a family.

I love how they put the umbrellas and chairs out early. Don't like the 5 o'clock pickup. Our umbrella flew out of the ground. Hit my daughter in the head.She was holding her 3 mo th old baby. She still has a bump on her head almost 2 months later. The manager did call to check on her which was very nice.

My family vacationed to Carolina Beach a week ago and used Pleasure Island Rentals for our umbrella rental for the week. It was wonderful to have the company deliver and pick up the chairs and umbrella everyday. The time frame 9:00am -5:00pm made for a great day at the beach. It was plenty of time to enjoy the water. Very reasonably priced and very friendly. Will be using them again for our trip back to the beach!

love Pleasure Island Rentals! They offer everything you’ll need while vacationing in CB. We have a large out of town family here every August and first place they go to is pleasure island rentals for bikes, beach chairs/umbrellas, kayaks & everything in between…even been there to get my own bikes repaired! great knowledgeable staff & owner!

Things went as planned. The chairs, umbrellas, and tables we ordered were there and placed as requested. There were a couple of small tiny problems that were resolved or were not a big deal to us. 1 - On the first day day we had a slight problem in that our set up was not with another family. As we had requested in the notes. We called and they came right out and moved everything. So no worries. 2 - One table had a broken cap. So the top wobbled. 3 - One chair, one day, was broken where the lounge part connected/sat. Thus you couldn't properly attach the lounger. For #s 2 and 3. I'm sure they would replaced the broken pieces, but it would have been best if the equipment was just checked before it was put out.
