Quality products, quick delivery. One box had a rip/hole in it, but nothing damaged. Structural items were painted fully and weights/bars had rust protective coating as they should. Thank you for the trouble free shopping experience!

One of the few places that has weights available. I purchased a pair of everything from 2.5 lbs up to 45 lbs. Also about as reasonably priced as you can get at $2/lb (pre-tax and shipping). Weights arrived about a week after purchasing. Would definitely buy from them again.

Purchased the cable cross over machine during the pandemic lockdown. Was impressed with how fast it arrived. When I put it together I had two damaged parts. No ones fault they were simply bent during shipping. Do to the lockdown I expected a long wait for replacement parts. I sent Rich in customer service an email and less than a week later the parts suddenly arrived at my door express post. Was very happy with the response, fully expected a battle to get the parts. Great customer service.

Delivery was fast, prices are reasonable and Rich was great to work with when hiccups popped up! I ordered a barbell and over 300#s of weights. I got a call a few days after my order to schedule a delivery. Website said 14 business day delay for shipments but I got it within a week of placing the order. My barbell was the wrong one but Rich was very responsive on email and fixed my issue very quickly. Will be shopping here in the future for sure.

Bought first the cable column system from AmStaff. 2107df. In december. Within a week I got the virgin vinyl plates set. I got the plates first 2 weeks later and then got the machine. Pros and cons. Cons first: very little. Because Fitness Avenue is busy don't expect fast email responses if any to your inquiries. This makes sense. They only respond regarding follow ups to their own emails to you regarding status. Their truck broke down on delivery initial ETA so had to wait 4 days. All this is very little inconvenience. Pros: lots. Excellent as advertised product. Plates were perfect. Machine parts were in perfect order. Instructions were hard to follow with a lot of common sense procedures omitted but still would have appreciated better instructions. You can define the assembly in two sections. First, the body parts of the machine that count 10-12 parts. Then the pulley system with wheels. The machine once assembled feels very good for what it is. The more weight the better because it forces more release tension as opposed to using a single 5 lb plate. Still very smooth considering. 4/5 for smoothness. The quality of all parts are very good. 9/10. If you weigh more than 200lbs be careful when doing chin-ups as the weight and gravity of the machine is not enough to counterweight so might topple over you. As such make sure to always add all and any available plates on the machine for your piece of mind. So far I am quite happy with what it has to offer and I must say the value / cost is excellent.

The cost is reasonable and I am pretty happy with the Squad Rack, Bench and Lat pull down which I am using for the last two months. I took a month to deliver and did not get proper shipping information or mail regard my order, I guess it is because covid otherwise it is pretty good.

I would give them 5 stars if it weren't for the delay in communication. If you are prepared to wait 10-15 days for delivery, then these guys have great quality products at reasonable prices. I will be definitely placing a bigger order with them to equip my entire gym

Cancelled my gym membership and purchased a number of items from fitness avenue in the last 9 months (weights, equipment, mats, resistance bands) at different times. Fitness Avenue allowed me to continue training in home without compromise. All items came within the delivery times set out. Great Customer service. Highly recommend this provider.

Very happy with the price point, and with the overall functionality. The website is also super easy to navigate, and prices are provided (you would not believe how many suppliers want you to call for everything. Not cool). Would have given a fifth star if not for the following: 1) really long delivery times on a couple of items, but not all 2) no ability to do curbside pickup for small items 3) more items back ordered than available. Definately, my first "go to" store when looking for new equipment.

I have ordered a bunch of equipment from here and have not been disappointed by any of it. I have ordered a half rack, olympic barbell. flat bench, 2" olympic plates, and a plate tree. Not only do they have lots of selection, their prices are some of the best, or at least very comparable to the best. Shipping took a while but I ordered my stuff during the lockdown so that's only to be expected. Everything always shows up wrapped up nicely in packaging. Will always be looking here when browsing for more equipment.

I would've given this a perfect review, but there were times where it was hard to get in contact with a rep after my order was placed. These times have been so difficult already and with the stores being closed I can imagine why that was the case. Besides that this place has it all. Everything from the benches to the weights is of the utmost quality. The inventory is vast and for a very affordable price. I bought a lot of free weights and nothing was damaged upon delivery....Highly recommend this place for great, cheap fitness equipment.
