Larry and the guys do great work. If you have a problem they fix it. Plus Larry the owner is very accessible, and I really appreciate that. I used Direct Security and Sound because I bought a non-standard TV Mount (a MantleMount 540 to be exact). I wanted my new LG OLED 65" tv to be mounted over my brick fireplace, and the MantleMount allows the tv to swing down from a high position over the brick to a lower, easier to view position midway over the fireplace opening. Larry called about 1/2 hour before the scheduled time and when he arrived he was very friendly and congenial. He knew exactly what he was doing, which put me right at ease. We have shiplap above the brick, and I had a hard time finding studs before calling in the pros. Larry found the studs an had my brand new TV (and soundbar!) mounted and looking great in just a couple of hours. I definitely would recommend Direct Security and Sound. They did a fantastic job for me and now our remodel is completed.

Great service Lisa in the office was great help it getting everything planned and laid out Larry and Gonzalo did a fantastic job on the install so it was sleek and a super clean job. Not a fly by night crew they are the best around.

I have worked with the company for 11 years with a security system and cameras. They kept the system updated. Lisa is very helpful scheduling appointments and addressing questions. I have just moved and will miss them. It is great to have a monitoring system and excellent customer service. Larry and all of the techs are responsive and knowledgeable.

Direct Security was AMAZING! I cannot express how great of a job this company did with adding security cameras to the exterior and interior of my home. I have a two story home with a very interesting floor plan and they achieved exactly what I was looking for a clean job with no wires showing routed back to my walk-in closet. I met with the owner Larry initially, he is extremely personable and carefully listens to your needs, we built my order together and his technicians Javi and Michael made it happen. I felt very comfortable leaving the technicians in my home while I was at work, they cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to work my new system remotely. Working All around great experience and very competitive pricing. I will refer them to all my friends & clients.
