GoogleRichard at 1st inspection was super friendly, helpful, and worked with our crazy hours of availability. The company was great! Even with our late night and weekend only availability, they were still able to work with us. Even explaining stuff I had no clue about, Richard was able to break it down in a way I was able to understand. Overall, great experience!

GooglePositive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value 1st Inspection Services has been one of the best home inspection service companies I’ve experienced. They provide detailed explanations of their findings and are responsive to calls and emails. This is the 4th home I am considering for purchase and out of all of my prior experiences with other inspection companies, this one has far surpassed my expectations! I would highly recommend 1st Inspection Services to anyone buying a home and I will be using them again should I ever choose to purchase another home. A special thank you to our inspector Marc Grubenhoff, and Richard McKenzie who setup and completed the mold inspection.
GoogleThis is my first time buying a home and I wasn’t really sure what to expect. The process can be so overwhelming and 1st Inspection was so thorough, I ended up saving thousands of dollars in the end! Exceptional pricing especially for the service you receive.
GooglePositive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Richard is amazing! I could not attend the inspection do to a work conflict. Richard was kind enough to let my 21 year old son attend the inspection on my behalf and educate him on the inspection process. This was key since my son is helping me manage this investment property. My son was very pleased with his interaction with Richard. He also was professional when the seller requested information on the inspection. He kindly declined to comment. Richard also answered my numerous text messages in regards to the inspection report past working hours. I am walking away feeling confident in my knowledge of the property because of Richard. I highly recommend Richard and will use him on future properties. Timek

GoogleYou know what, just go ahead and stop your search for an inspection company NOW. This company is absolutely AMAZING! As a first time home buyer Richard went above and beyond to make me feel knowledgeable and confident in my purchase. Money well spent! Not only did he walk me through each step he did, he also introduced me to some plant and tree species in my backyard AND Followed up with a podcast episode for my house that included even MORE facts about my house that I didn’t even know! (Of course he kept my identity private) did I mention they were able to get me in THE VERY NEXT DAY and they contacted me within 5 minutes of submitting my inquiry form! That’s the type of service I enjoy and would recommend to absolutely anyone. As a business owner myself I cannot recommend this company enough! 10 stars all around great job!!

GooglePositive: Professionalism Paul was on time, friendly and professional. He was dedicated to helping me understand my new house- things that are easy cosmetic fixes vs bigger items that need to be addressed and why. He was in no rush and willing to spend time looking over things I asked him about- sometimes going back to a room to double check something. I feel confident that we went over every inch of the place and I understand it's quirks! Thank you!
