Richard did a great job with our home inspection. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything he found. He gave us a very good understanding of the condition of the home without making minor issues seem bigger than they were. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable home inspector.

Ask for Mike. He’s knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll be closing on a new build soon and wasn’t sure if I needed to spend money on an inspection, as I didn’t expect for anything (major) to be wrong. Thankfully, nothing was… but thanks to Mike, I still feel it was $ well spent. I could tell he had my best interest at heart and the cost is worth the peace of mind I’ll be able to take forward. Thanks for working with me, Richard & Mike.

So glad we chose this place for our inspection! Richard was so thorough and encouraged us to walk with him through the house if we wanted and pointed out everything he saw and explained what he was seeing. He offered advice throughout the inspection down to even the smallest details of stuff he does in his own home to take care of certain issues that may come up. He knew so much about houses and this whole process and welcomed any and all questions we had. I highly recommend going with 1st inspection for your home inspection!

Richard was amazing and I would choose him for any future inspection! He did a very thourough job of our 4000 sq ft investment property (over 100 years old) and was able to explain all the big and small issues to us. It was obvious that he has a lot of knowledge and expertise. He sent us the inspection report within the same day, which was great. Due to the age and location of the property, he also recommended to do a sewer scope and provided some contacts for that, which turned out to be great advice since the plumbers actually found some pretty major sewer issues that we would have never found out about otherwise.
