These guys do a very thorough, professional job. They provide 100 + page reports that detail every thing about the house. We own quite a few properties in the Cincinnati area, and we never close a deal without getting 1st Inspections to go through the property first.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Between my husband and me, we've worked with over 8 different home inspectors in five different cities before buying our homes, and Richard is by far the best and most thorough. Communication was excellent from the first phone contact to reminder texts to the 24-hour reception of the thorough report and follow-up. We were able to schedule an inspection within a week despite a huge snow storm that complicated things. Richard is professional, friendly, and down-to-earth, pointing out possibilities as well as problems. At the end, we received an inspection report that should be printed, put in a notebook, and passed along with the house the next time it's sold because it's like an owner's manual. Just call !st Inspection Services and book now because you won't find any better.

My wife and I used Richard’s services for a pre-closing inspection in the process of buying our first home. As it was a 100+ year old house that recently underwent massive renovations, he was very attentive to detail and did a fantastic job of explaining why each design or construction decision was made, what may be left to do, and what it would mean for us in the immediate, near and distant future, should we go through with buying the house. Would absolutely recommend him and 1st Inspection Services to anyone considering buying a home.

Things are busy in Real Estate during the springtime but Richard answered my client's call and setup an inspection 3 days after the initial call. Our inspector was a true professional and he took the time to make sure my client understood the things he was pointing out and how the house operates as a whole. I know I'll be using 1st Inspection Services again in the future.
