My AC unit went out and when I contacted American Home Shield they got Advanced Appliances on the job. They sent out Todd he was very friendly, professional, fast and did a real good job! Advanced Appliance Service recently handled a refrigerator ice maker repair for us. They were contracted by our home warranty provider, 2-10. Advanced did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process. Our technician, Richie, came out twice - first to diagnose the problem and then again to complete the repair once parts were ordered. Richie was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He completed both visits quickly and efficiently. We were pleased with the service we received from Advanced and Richie.
