Have dealt with Advanced several times and the service they provide has always been exceptional. We had our hot water heater go out. After contacting our hone warranty, Advanced Appliance was right on the spot. They came In right away, diagnosed the problem and We had our new hot water heater up and running in 48 hours. They took the time to explain the product and every step they had to take to make sure everything was up to code. Gary even made sure we have the correct number of CO2 detectors and that they were positioned correctly. Excellent customer service and top quality work.

Our refrigerator died during the coronavirus outbreak, a real concern given that grocery stores weren't fully stocked and we had a fair amount of food in our freezer that we did not want to lose. A technician came on the day we called. He was very professional and diagnosed the issue right away, and gave us good advice based on the cost to replace the control board and the model and age of the fridge. We elected to fix it, the technician had a control board in the truck, and he replaced it quickly. Efficient and professional service!

Eli was very professional and considerate (trying to keep wet grass out of my house). Showed me the difference from when he started cleaning my dryer vent. and the difference after he cleared it. He even cleaned up the mess in the yard. Now instead of 2 dryer cycles for my sheets, they're dry in less than 1 cycle.

Advanced was great! I noticed my washer was leaking and they came out the same day! Their technician Patrick was very thorough and ran lots of tests to figure out the problem. He was also great at explaining the problem to me so that I understood what was going on. This company is great!

Fast and friendly service at a great price. Harry did a great job trying to repair and letting me know my options. Lisa was wonderful when giving me a quote for a new system and the guys that came out to install the new one were fast and efficient. I am so glad I called them and am looking forward to continuing to do business with this company! We have been using this company for our HVAC for nearly 10 years. They do a great job. They squeezed as many years out of our old HVAC as they could. Last fall we had them replace it. They did a great job. Very nice young men. Their supervisor/inspector old feller was a little grumpy but not too bad and I’m old and grumpy too so that’s okay. He just didn’t like my little dogs. That’s just like saying you don’t like me. Got the job done

AAS originally installed my new air conditioning and heating unit about a year ago..The whole installation crew 6 of them were on time courteous and finished by the end of the day..AAS has serviced my unit in the beginning of summer and winter..They call me to remind me to make the appointment.. I have NO COMPLAINTS what so ever of AAS..I highly recommend AAS.

Quite simply, Tyler is awesome! I write this with no hesitation. Some months ago, when our heating unit malfunctioned, we contacted Advanced Appliance through our home warranty company. Tyler came out, assessed the unit, communicated with me and my wife about the problem, and replaced the defective part (after the payment of the deductible). More recently, when we had to have maintenance work done, Tyler came out once again and was just as outstanding. He actually did something that had an indirect relationship to the work to be done. One of our outside faucets was not working, and he fixed it in a matter of minutes. What would’ve become a plumbing expense became a non-expense, thanks to Tyler. Thank you, Advance, for hiring quality people. Thank you, Tyler, for what you do. My wife and I appreciate it more than you know.
