was originally assigned to a different heating & air repair company by American Home Shield (AHS). When I called the new company, I was given an appointment a week away. After suffering in 91 degree heat inside my house for three days, I called AHS and told them their new company would not do and I that had great experiences in the past with Advanced Appliance Service. The new company lacked ALL the responsiveness , courtesy, and timeliness I had received in my contacts with Advanced. AHS contacted Advanced on a Monday, they contacted me the same day and sent a technician (Todd) the very next day. I have decided that Advanced Appliance Service is now my go-to company from this point on. In the future, I will request Advanced whenever I need appliance repairs. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I've been a client of Advanced Appliance for 5 years and have renewed their annual HVAC/ heating maintenace plan evey year. I am always impressed by their response, professionalism and thorough workmanship, They also work side by side with my Home Warranty Company if repairs are needed for my air conditioner or heating units. I am also extra appreciative they observe health and safety COVID19 protocols by wearing face masks and shoe booties while working inside my home. I highly recommend their repair services for any appliance.

Positive: Professionalism i am pleased with Advanced Appliance Service in Greensboro/Winston-Salem, NC. Two of their technicians, Allan and Chris, installed a new water heater in my house. One of their own inspectors directed some minor improvements to the installation. Overall, the installation, with some required code upgrades, was very professionally done.

I was very pleased with the technician that came out to check on my dishwasher hook up. Since I had not had a dishwasher in service for over 25 years. He wrote down everything I needed to tell the installers from Lowes which was very helpful. The technician was knowledgable and I would recommend Advanced Appliance to anyone.

Customer Service Rep who assisted me was very professional and when the technician arrived he was also professional and very quick in regards to repair service.
