We had a leak in our AC. We had been told for at least 3 years by different companies that it was too far up in the system and couldn't be fixed. Every summer they would come fill up with freon, which was going to be prohibited soon. We paid hundreds of dollars every year for freon. In 2016, someone from the AAS company was sent out by our Home Warranty for the first time. They found the leak easily, fixed it and told us that we would probably need that Home Warranty in the near future. For four years, we have been free of AC issues until a switch this June, 2020. Our home warranty sent another company. It was not the same. I called today to get this company's name in order to recommend them to a friend who needs an HVAC replacement..

It was Friday afternoon, my mother was visiting and my husband has a broken leg. We needed help fast. Advanced Appliance fit us into their schedule and the plumber and assistant showed up, even called before arriving. The plumber, Paul, diagnosed the problem and set about correcting it. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer all of our questions. We couldn’t have asked for more. Job well done.

He called in a timely manner upon his arrival and was courteous, quick, proficient with the diagnosis and repairs! He explained to me what happened to the unit and what needed to be done to fix it.
