Only issue I had was when I scheduled the appointment I waited all day, finally called them only to find out they didn’t have me in the system, yet I had been confirmed for appointment. Their response was must have been a communication problem between the person scheduling and myself. Took another 4 days to have repairmen come fix the issue. Other then that, all great comments.

Showed me the difference from when he started cleaning my dryer vent. and the difference after he cleared it. He even cleaned up the mess in the yard. Now instead of 2 dryer cycles for my sheets, they're dry in less than 1 cycle.

GoogleI have used Advanced Appliance twice now, using them yesterday for a stove repair. The first time was to clean my dryer vent. I have been very pleased both times. The technicians are always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. By “friendly” I mean willing to talk about the issues and problems that they are seeing and answering my numerous questions, giving their opinions when asked. I appreciate that! They have showed up on time, done the work in a timely manner. No complaints at all. Will definitely use them again in the future.

BBBWe had a leak in our AC. We had been told for at least 3 years by different companies that it was too far up in the system and couldn't be fixed. Every summer they would come fill up with freon, which was going to be prohibited soon. We paid hundreds of dollars every year for freon. In 2016, someone from the AAS company was sent out by our Home Warranty for the first time. They found the leak easily, fixed it and told us that we would probably need that Home Warranty in the near future. For four years, we have been free of AC issues until a switch this June, 2020. Our home warranty sent another company. It was not the same. I called today to get this company's name in order to recommend them to a friend who needs an HVAC replacement..
