The technician called ahead within the expected time period and arrived shortly afterwards. Technician advised that home warranty company would buy another part rather than replace. I inquired about replacing instead of repairing and the technician gave a fair quote to install and suggested toilets and to purchase. I actually saw the technician while loading the new toilet in my car, and he greeted me in a friendly manner. I called to schedule the instal and got on the schedule just a couple of days later. Very good service experience. It is a very old and odd toilet so we wanted to go ahead and the bullet to replace rather than repair. The technician did not initially suggest or try to upsell me. He just mentioned that a chair height seat was the way to go.
