Come to find out there was another issue that made the pilot light go out. The technicians quickly identified the problem and I was all set. They mask the entire time and wore these little booties on their feet when they came into the house. I was terrified that I had to get a new water heater and pay hundreds of dollars that I just don't have. The technicians reassured me and made me feel better by fixing the problem. They saved me hundreds of dollars and performed their jobs quickly. Very professional I would definitely use this service again.

Service the first time out was good , he found the problem and had part ordered. But he also found another problem that had to be fixed and he also had to order that part. He came out second time and replaced a part then when the leather part came he came back out and replace it. I a very happy with the service. Would definitely use them again.

While he was checking the part in the attic, he found a power strip and extension cords laying on the gas furnace. The power strip had melted, causing a potential fire hazard. This had been done by another company installing security cameras. Now I have the prior installers coming to rework the job to insure no other stupid things were done. He also did a great job of servicing the air unit.

He correctly diagnosed a power wire had worked loose behind the wall. Bryan had it repaired in minutes. During his time in my house he observed proper covid protocols. Thos was my third time using this company through my AHS home warranty. Very pleased with the company.
