He explained what was wrong then said he would be over an hour to complete the repair. He explained some of the functions of the refrigerator before he left. No mess and a good repair. The initial contract was a very nice lady who was friendly and was able to arrange our service appointment the same day of my call. The service technician arrived and was very friendly as well. He quickly diagnosed and corrected our problem and our heating system was back up and running within 10 minutes of his arrival. Initial installation went well but oven was not leveled, they came back out the next day to adjust. Wish we would have had you come before chinch sent another company witch could not help us. We could have saved the deductible we had to pay them.
