He took the time to cover his process to repair the unit and was able to get the unit operating until he could return with the parts. I do wish they would allow the technicians to carry some common high usage parts on the trucks but that’s hard due to range of machines. Great company with Outstanding Service folks. BBBNeeded a new gas hot water heater which was under a home warranty, but was grossly under code. They came in and put everything up to code the city inspector said it was a every well done install.

The only thing was the wait time between putting in the order for service and getting someone to come out (2 weeks) and finally repair (an additional 2 weeks), partly due to the home warranty through which we were working. Definitely knew their stuff though.

I really think that's not right especially when you pay 72.00 a month,for years and never use the service. Just hopefully it makes it a few years before it leaks out again.
