GoogleGooglePositive: Professionalism, Punctuality This crew that came removed the old A/C unit up stairs , replaced all the old duct work and replaced the outside unit. They were on time everyday , called 30 minutes before showing up and worked from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm for two very hot days. These men worked hard and were so courteous to me and my husband. GoogleService technician serviced our air unit today. He may have saved us from the house burning down. While he was checking the part in the attic, he found a power strip and extension cords laying on the gas furnace. The power strip had melted, causing a potential fire hazard. This had been done by another company installing security cameras. Now I have the prior installers coming to rework the job to insure no other stupid things were done. GoogleThe experience was fine. The tech support answered all of my questions and installed the refrigerant to cut my AC back on. The only part I hate was having to wait a week to have my AC repaired. Otherwise, they did great with repairing my unit.

GooglePositive: Quality The initial contact and scheduling was pretty bad. The office staff are neither helpful nor properly informed.the repairman, Craig, was wonderful! He made an extra effort to get our oven workout as quickly as possible, and knew exactly what was wrong and what was needed. Sadly, the office again was uninformed, and I had to call several times to get things straightened out. We will be sure to request Craig if we have to use this service again. My Home warranty service picks the company, and they were made aware of the problems. Service: Oven repair
