The service was superb. I called on a Wednesday only with the intent to compare pricing. I was satisfied with the numbers I was told so I scheduled an appt. the guy I spoke with offered to come same day but I only needed next day service. The following day Jacob came out to rekey 3 doors in my home in Forney and my mailbox. He was super cool from the moment he arrived until he left. The entire process was literally less than a half hour. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I had enough spare keys before he left. Super easy process and I’m glad I picked this company. Would highly recommend.

Nothing urgent on my end but they were there within an hour! The technician, William, was knowledgeable, polite, Covid safe with a mask and had the door open in mere minutes. He went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with their service. The experience was amazing and I would use them again and definitely recommend them!
